No Refund Policy – Electronics Goods & Custom-Made Items

At AV Concept Audio and Visual, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Please read our No Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect choice

  • Product no longer needed or wanted

This applies to all electronic goods and custom-made or personalised items.

Custom-Made Items

Due to the nature of custom-made or personalised products, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes (but is not limited to) items made to your specifications, designs, or personal measurements.

Electronics Goods

All electronics are tested and quality-checked prior to sale. We do not provide refunds if:

  • You simply change your mind

  • You misused the product in any way that caused the problem

  • You were made aware of a fault before purchase

Your Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe there is a manufacturing fault or the product is not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time, and we will assess your claim in accordance with ACL.
