Processing & Manufacturing Times

As some of our products are made to order or custom manufactured, please allow  standard processing time, e.g., 7–14 business days for your order to be produced before shipping.

Important Notice: Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders, our current manufacturing time may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period. We’re working hard to ensure every product meets our quality standards before it leaves our facility.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been manufactured and dispatched, standard shipping times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for eligible items)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or regional location.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Parcels
