For years, the BRAX MATRIX speaker series has been synonymous with unrivaled sound and quality characteristics. With this in mind, the further development of the 2.1" / 54 mm midrange speakers was based on state-of-the-art technology and sophisticated materials to meet the high standards of the BRAX brand—pure and precise sound reproduction.

The novel, ultra-lightweight and fine-meshed silk dome with a visco-elastic Acronal coating on both sides guarantees brilliant and smooth treble response. In addition, the integration of pure lamb’s wool and a dampened coupling volume enables a very low resonance frequency and allows deep acoustic coupling.

In terms of design and technology, the BRAX philosophy is followed without exception. The elegant appearance reveals smart details such as a two-part CNC-machined stainless steel housing for maximum heat dissipation. The ultra-precisely machined, 10-times ventilated neodymium magnet ensures the highest magnetic flux linearity, while the integrated 24-carat gold-plated terminals maximize conductivity.

The threaded body with its solid rear mounting ring allows for secure, hidden installation without the need for complex or unsightly mounting fixtures. A sturdy protective grille is also included to safeguard the silk dome.

Each speaker set is hand-selected and acoustically matched in pairs to meet strict quality requirements. After selection, every set receives a unique serial number recorded in a service database. The speakers are packaged in an exclusive wooden box to emphasize the premium nature of the BRAX brand.
