This patent pending process automatically corrects for the bass roll-off that is common with many factory-installed audio systems and AudioControl’s unique and exclusive AccuBASS™ patent pending circuitry maintains and restores the Bass as the volume is turned up, improving the audio performance. The LC7i allows the flexibility of powering the audio signals downstream to single or multiple factory amps maximizing sound quality & achieving high output at a great price. In addition, the LC7i is designed to fit into a compact chassis allowing an easy & flexible factory system upgrade in today’s space constrained vehicles. The ACR-1 dash remote (sold separately) allows the user to control the level of the low frequency output.

The 2.8” / 7 cm full –colour touchscreen display and the intuitive menu navigation allow an easy handling of many features – for example the volume control of all sources, volume control of the subwoofer, source selection, control and configuration of the HEC BT module or switching between sound setups. Furthermore it provides sufficient memory for 20 additional sound setups and comes with a USB connector allowing straight access to your DSP device via the DIRECTOR - a big relief if you want to tweak your configuration while your processor/amplifier is hidden somewhere in the trunk. The high-resolution colour touchscreen is embedded in an exclusive solid aluminium housing. The DIRECTOR is compatible with all DSP products which are supported by DSP PC-Tool Version 3 and 4.
